New Task Check-in template is now available. Task Check-in for Jira prompts participants to directly update the issues assigned to them during the Check-in time period and builds an aggregated report in the end. Troopr Check-in template for Retrospective allows scrum teams to conduct retrospective meetings in Slack. You can setup a custom schedule, participants and customize the questions for the retrospective and have Troopr collect responses and prepare aggregate report for Slack and for the web. Now you can configure multiple channels for Check-in reports. Earlier you had to choose just one Slack channel for your report delivery at the end of wait time. Now you can pick up to 100 channels for report delivery.
Now you can configure Troopr Check-in to privately send reports to people as DMs. This is in addition to the ability to send the report to multiple channels. This is optional feature.
You can now email Check-in reports from the Check-in History view in web app. Choose the time range and participant filters and then click on the "Send as Email" in the top right under ellipses button. Software teams can now setup "Squads" to manage their tasks. Squads are autonomous software teams working on building one or more software products. Troopr Squad prioritizes low friction engagement for the team while allowing for robust planning and tracking for managers and stakeholders.
Troopr Squads is built ground up for agile teams. You can create and update tasks directly in Slack. Squad members get notified about task progress in corresponding Slack channels. You can plan tasks for later in backlog and future Sprints in the web application.
Troopr Squads is live now with a ton of functionality for robust task creation, visual organization and filtering in Kanban boards, easy flexible workflows, Backlog & Sprint planning and more. Sprints are fully automated in Troopr. Sprints run in 2 week period by default and incomplete tasks spillover to backlog or next Sprint.
You can now see tasks assigned to you in Slack by just visiting the Troopr app (no commands/buttons). Task list is updated every time you visit Troopr app in Slack. You can create new tasks and take action on the tasks in the list without leaving Slack.
